Joaquín Vega Martínez

Joaquín Vega Martínez began his legal career in 2005 and founded Vega Guerrero in 2014. He leads the firm’s corporate and M&A practice and oversees its litigation and arbitration work, advising companies, investors and founders on acquisitions, investments, joint ventures, corporate governance and the disputes that follow them.

His clients include multinational groups and Mexican companies across industry, consumer brands and financial services, among them Enaex, ROCOR, Spectra, Raising Brands, Fareva and H2O Power. Chambers & Partners ranks him individually for Corporate/M&A in Mexico.

He presides over the ICC Bajío Arbitration Committee and sits as a registered arbitrator with the ICC, CAM, CANACO and IBT Panama. Admitted in Mexico and licensed by the State Bar of Texas, he now practices from Dallas and Mexico City, leading every cross-border matter personally.
