Vega Guerrero was founded in Mexico City in 2014 and has since advised companies on corporate, M&A, litigation and labor matters. Chambers & Partners ranks the firm for Corporate/M&A in Mexico.

Today the firm practices from Mexico City and Dallas as a single firm. Each engagement has one lead counsel, founding partner Joaquín Vega Martínez, who reads both legal systems and stays with the matter from the first decision to the final signature, supported by the firm’s team on the ground.
