Will you contact our client directly?
Only as agreed with you. Many of our cross-border engagements are run entirely through referring counsel.
Can you appear in Mexican courts and arbitrations?
Yes. The firm litigates in Mexico, and Joaquín presides over the ICC Bajío Arbitration Committee and is a registered arbitrator with several institutions.
How do you handle fees?
We agree scope and budget before starting and report against it, with the billing format your firm or client requires.
